If I remember correctly, it is like this:
- Press "Programming". You should see the frequency and the controls "goto" and "store" should light up
- Press "goto". The controls "AM/FM", "<" and ">" become visible. You can use the last two to browse between the frequencies.
- AFter that you can store the selected frequency to one of the preset numbers.
