    BeoSound 4 goes POP

Well i was connecting my iMac headphone socket to the A.AUX on the BS4 and the left channel went bzzzzz > POP and now i only get sound through the right channel through A.AUX.

Does anyone know how long the warranty is? I bought it 2 and a half years ago... if it's out of warranty, is it possible/easy to fix myself? (replace the module) I'm relatively competent >

Sounds a rather severe "reaction" on behalf of the BS4

I regularly plug iPhones, iPods, an Airport, and a BS2 into mine

Is it worth checking the cable end-to-end with a meter?

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

Well at first i thought it was the BL1~ eek but all other sources are fine. Changed cable, it looks like the cable i used wasn't shilded on one of the plugs ...
