BeoLab 3500 and Beo Centre 2300 connections

I have a BeoLab 3500 with masterlink connection fed from a Beo Centre 2300 using the Aux outlet with a BeoLink Converter.

I want to have the BeoLab 3500 receiving music from my SONOS system and If possible the Beo 2300  as well. Both units to be independant from each other Do I connect the SONOS to the Aux of the 2300 (which will become vacant when I disconnect the BeoLink Converter.?

And how do I connect the signal to the 3500?

    Any advice please

    Thanks

As odd as it might seem, you can have it all!  You will need a 7-pin Y-adaptor, which will plug into the Aux. socket on the 2300, then hang the BeoLink converter on one side and the Sonos on the other.

I have used this setup before, it works just fine.  Enjoy!

    Thanks for the responce.

Is it a 7 pin or 8 pin plug? and also could I run the 3500 on its own if so how do I input to the Masterlink socket do I still use the converter box but just dont plug in the 2300?

It is a 7-pin plug.  No, the BeoLab 3500 is intended to be used strictly as a link-room product on an ML or MCL network.  There is no direct input on it.  Somewhere on this site you can find information on a third-party solution which can do this for you; but it is not 'officially supported' by B&O.
