I'd love it! Any chance you'd be willing to ship to the US? I'll glady pay for packing and shipping.

Hi G Burgess! I'm sorry but it would cost a bomb to send to the US - Its made from glass, wood and steel! :(

I really don't want to have to tip this! :(

Thanks - I figure it would be on the order 100 pounds or more. It likely disassembles into flat pieces for shipping. But I'd gladly pay it!

I have checked and as far as I know it can't be flat packed! :-(

So have you found a home for it yet? If not, maybe I'll just have to move to the UK.

Llewelyn, I did leave a "voicemail" message on your 'phone a few days back, but haven't heard from you yet. Do please get in touch if the cabinet is still available. Thank you, Mark

    Hi Mark

I'm sorry about that - Please text me and I will call you back... I am having trouble checking voicemails at the moment for reasons best known to my iPhone!

    Thanks

    Llewelyn

Re: Free to collector. 5500 system cabinet (rare?)

Thank you, Llewelyn. I was surprised that she got out of the car to say hello - she's usually quite antisocial. Having now had a quick tour of both Luton and Leicester, I think she now understands why I prefer to accept a much reduced salary in order to live in Malvern. The cabinet really suits the 5500. Even though I've only got a BeoMaster and BeoCord, I can now show them off to best advantage. The BeoMaster still had its two pin plug, and I've put one back onto the BeoCord, so they can even make use of the built-in power block. I've now made a small donation to Beoworld (for putting us in touch), so your generosity has benefited both me and our favorite site. Thank you again, Mark
