    No sound BV Avant 32 DVD

    Hi 

    I have a BV avant 32" dvd and when I go in RF the sound comes on for a few seconds and the there is a big crackle and then no sound,

    but if i go in via scart or RCA the sound is ok, and my BS3200 also works via the link system.

    Any ideas?

    Try using scart and digi coax.

    Is it a new TV to you? Sounds as if the wrong type of PAL is selected. You should be able to change this via the service menu - Pal I is number 16!
