Hello everybody

I just have bought a Besound overture.The doors don't open.I tried shift 90369 and it doesn't work, in case of the doors were blocked.

I open the glass smoothly with my hand and I see that the cd clamp doesn't load automatically and I have no lights.

I f I insert a cd or tape manually everything sounds good.

i wonder if the cd clamp, light and the door mechanisms are not linked.

Please give me some clues.

I suspect the IR sensor which is supposed to open the doors has gone bad.

I had same situation with glass doors ....

And I gently removed glass doors and side plastic covers, clean all dust and now is working much better.... but still I need large surface in front glass doors in order to open it, for example my whole hand ...

I thought about dust and ir but It doesn't really explain why the cd clamp doesn't work neither and the lights doesn't work too.

Looks strange, no?

I am waiting the answer from my seller.Hopefully, it costs me only 285 euros.
