Hi B&O Fans!!

I have a Beocenter 9000 which works absolutely fine!

Since some days, the sliding doors of the tapedeck won't open anymore!! I can not hear the motor working too. Can anybody help me and give some advices how to open the door manually? If this is possible!

The door to the CD deck opens, but only cumbersome and it don't close well too. I have to help with my hand!

What can I do to solve this problem?

Thank you for your advice! I threw a glance underneath the system and I didn't have the heart to do something! I think I would damage more than I could fix something.

I will contact my B&O dealer...
