Don't think anyone makes them anymore, certainly B&O don't (they are ~25 years old). Your best bet would likely be ebay, although they don't come up as frequently as the floorstands.
These were available until very recently (at least you can see what they look like)
Generally speaking, you aren't learning much if your lips are moving.
