    Hi,

    Is there any way to find out if a BV 4 is a 720 or 1080p model ?

    Yes, you can check the monitor info in the service menu - or ring your dealer with the serial number.

    If you are unable to pull it up - look at the type no on the back and compare with the table below:

    Hi,

    Last question!

    When accessing the service menu, do the type number, serial number and item numbers refer to the BS3 or the BV4 ?
