    Beo 1200 answering machine

    Hi, can anyone help.

I have a BEO 1200 answering machine but after a power cut it does not seem to work properly. The power is getting through to the unit but I am only getting the back green light appearing, nothing else. I have checked all the cables and even tried a different phone socket, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Hi Rod.
I know the Beotalk 1200 doesn't have a back-up batterry and has to be re-set after a power out, but I don't think it should show a blank.
I thought of switching power off too mine, but I haven't got three days spare to set it up again!
Was your power cut caused by a lightening strike by any chance?

    Poor me, never win owt!
