    just got my 5005 and cannot figure what adaptor to use to connect to my av,thanks

    You need a 5 pin DIN socket to 2 pin RCA and earth. If you don't want to unscrew the two extra pins, you can get a 7 pin socket - look at this page - scroll down a bit and you will find what you need.
