CMM-10 was the DVD-1 of CD players. I don't know if it was US-only or not; but it is pretty rare. It is, at heart, a 2nd geration Sony Car 10-disc CD changer, for which B&O created an interface box which translated DataLink into whatever commands Sony was using. So you must have an Audio Master with DataLink, which eliminates all of the modern systems, and you must attach it to one of the 'Tape' sockets, not the CD socket.
At least it ought to be easy to scavenge spare cartridges for the player!
