    Beoworld Museum

As some of you may know, Jandyt and I have just returned from a trip to collect some of the products at Bellac. We were welcomed and looked after by Steve for the night we were there and the hotel was wonderful. However Steve is moving on and is hence dispersing the collection.

Unfortunately some of the collection was stored in a room that was later found to be damp. This meant that some pieces were clearly no longer in a restorable condition. Quite a lot of the pieces donated were not working when donated initially and 3 years of itting had not helped.

We packed as much as we could - I had really gone down for my 7000 system and MS150s and anything else was a bonus. I had instructed Steve to sell what he could a while ago so most of the newer and smaller equipment had gone  and most of what we rescued was beyond economic repair once inspected. This has been disposed of.

However there is a fair bit which has been rescued and this is now at Lifestyle . We did retrieve my collection really though there will be some pieces from other donation sources. I would however say that there is nothing of intrinsic value but there are pieces that could be regarded as worth having by collectors. Remember it is unlikely to be in good condition. If anyone has any burning desire for any of this, I am sure Lee would be delighted to see the back of it - I would suggest visiting him and I am sure he will be happy to let anyone take away what they want. I think it fair to say that I would not travel very far....

We will be giving some of the best bits away on Beoworld.

    Hmm... sounds interesting!
What sort of stuff there is? Could we have a list of them? Any chance of posting to abroad?

I am afraid the logistics means it is pick up only and there is no list as such. Think 70s equipment mainly.

    Huh?

How should it be then?  I assumed something belonging to steptoe would be 'steptoes' - or have i missed a confounded comma?

Sorry boss, I was refering to the lack of capital letters, like text-speak.
    One Steptoe, two Steptoes.
Surely something belonging to Steptoe, would be Steptoe's, no?

    Poor me, never win owt!
