    Welcome to Beoworld!

Price depends on who is selling and the condition. From a dealer in A1 condition with a guarantee maybe something in the region of £3500-£4000, a bit less in a private sale.Knock a bit more off is there are concerns over the condition.

Good choice, you will love it to bits !!

The BV5 is a cracking television, and the prices they are at now is perfect as a sensible used buy.  The BV7-32's are down in price (pre-owned) too, and are now moving again at quite a rate!

Let us know how you get on with it Yes - thumbs up

PS - What colour combo are you going for?

Beoworld's twenty-eighth ninth prize winner and fifty-first second prize winner. Best £30 I've ever spent!

Save yourself some money and go for 4 x BL8000 or BL8000 front and BL6000 rear. The rears are for 'infill' sound, and unless you are extremely wealthy, a pair of higher end speakers as rears is sometimes unnecessary in my opinion.

The BeoLab 2 will fill in the gaps for bass easily - a great bit of kit!

I'm excited for you! Big Smile

    Re: beovision 5 price

I agree that 8000s are not necessary in the back - but the do look so much better than the 6000s if you ask me.

Most on this forum do not like the 1s too much - I do love them though for being extremely crisp... If you like treble and add an 2 subwoofer, I would go for it (I still love my BV5 and if you have a digital source like SKY you'll have a wonderful picture - even though the "last mile" will only be RGB)

A fair comment - the BeoLab 1's do raise a level when you add a BeoLab 2.  However, you really have to be going some with the volume to appreciate the alliance!
