    They look good, but quite a few of the features they advertise actually won't make a difference even though they look really fancy.  It looks like a case of a manufacturer putting oem boards into a nice enclosure with expensive looking features and then charging a big price.  If I recall Die Bogener bought some class D amps from somewhere else that was cheaper, but I don't remember where.  I'm sure he'll chime in though.

    Alternately, if you don't mind spending that kind of money, you may want to consider amps using Hypex class-D modules, as many class-D amp builders consider them to be better than the B&O Ice modules.  These Channel Islands use hypex modules, and at $2300 a pair, are in the same price range as the ones you were looking at:
