    MCL2AV

I'm looking for the circuit diagram of MCL2AV type 2026 (or similar).
The problem is: voltage on the 12v regulator is OK, no voltage at all
on the 5V regulator and thus no power to the IR-receiver.

Anybody with a circuit or experience on these?

    Re: MCL2AV

I have the service manual for the MCL system - it covers the type 2020 (not the 2026).  Unfortunatley my scanner has stopped working and I could only try and take pictures of the diagrams with a camera!  A quick look at the diagram and there should be 12v, 6 v and 5 v (for the microprocessor) outputs

(I found that the ribbon cable had separated (it looked okay) on mine and with a new pair of strips it worked again! )

    Re: MCL2AV

Thanks Brian - I think the circuit of 2020 should do it if both voltage regulators
12V and 5V are present in this one. A photo (macro?) of the circuit would be
great. Check your "Inbox" for my e-mail.

    Cheers
