Help! BeoTalk 1200 buttons don't work!

My Beotalk 1200 still records messages, but I cannot listen to them because none of the buttons respond anymore!!!

Help! I've read through the manual and there is no discussion of this problem. I need to hear my messages!

What could be wrong? Thank you!

Help! BeoTalk 1200 buttons don't work!

C'mon Iphone comments like this don't help.

Regarding the 1200 - try totalling disconnecting it from the power and phone line for 5 minutes and then reconnect.

    Worth a try.

    That's ridiculous!!!!
You don't have to pay money to ask a question on here! If we can help, we will.
When you open the front of your 1200 can you press the !!! button to retrieve your messages?

Re: Help! BeoTalk 1200 buttons don't work!

I have deleted the response from member iphone as it wasn't very helpful and not in keeping with how Beoworld wants to treat members - whether they are paid up Gold/Silver members or not. I'm not sure if the comment was meant in jest or not but it obviously caused some adverse feelings which leads me to believe my decision was correct and justified.

As stated before, and probably will be again, everyone is welcome on Beoworld and gets equal treatment. Whether they feel the level of service received warrants signing up to higher membership is entirely up to the individual and we won't allow anyone to be pressganged into this.

    Chris,

The use of metaphors should be avoided like the plague. They're like a red rag to a bull to me.

Look at all the buttons when you flap is down, the buttons can be pushed down and can get caught on there edge so none of the buttons work.
