    Help! I want to upgrade to Gold Member!

    My payment to become a Gold member doesn't work!

    I want to be in time for the prize draw.

     I get this message

    "Your order could not be completed, please check your details or try another card."

    Hi benjarys

    Could you kindly let me know what sort of credit card you are using? BeoWorld accepts payment from the following cards: 

    Maestro Switch
    Mastercard
    Solo
    Visa
    Visa Delta
    Visa Electron

    If the card is a Maestro you will need to provide an issue number which is on the front of the card.

    On all cards you are required to enter the last 3 digits of the security code shown on the reverse of the card in the signature area.

    I don't know what the problem is. Maybe that I am using my father's card?

    It's a Visa card by the way. And I filled in everything correctly.
