Hi burantek.... i may have mis-understood the purpose of this site....or this guy is attacking for no good reason..

I thought the site was for posts, people helping people with BnO issues...and you pay your gold membership....

Obviously, he feels that i'm asking for too much free help.....what he does not know..is that 90% of what i purchase is sent to my home in south america....no BnO service there...so i have to get help here...also I have sent all of these things (except the Penta II's) in to a authorized service facility for full re-furb before going.....

So...the shipping to south america is causing issues....and i'm worried...I can't ship this stuff back to the states for repair...i HAVE to do it myself....

I really think a deep breath is needed here.

Anyone is welcome on Beoworld to ask as many questions as they like regardles of their member status or motive, whether they get a response or not is entirely in the hands of the membership. EVERYONE gets treated with total equality on this site unless they step out of line by posting inflamitory/intimidatory remarks or links to sites of a dubious nature.

Most members go through phases of asking questions & helping others and everything works out equally in the end.

I have done a bit of pruning of this thread as things were said which I think were uncalled for. This is a friendly and helpful information site and members happily provide each other with information because they want to. There is no coercion to do so.

Please avoid flaming here. If anyone has a problem with another poster, don't post abuse back - it just means I and the other moderators have to clean up after you!!
