I recently purchased a Beocenter 2300 on ebay, and upon receiving it noticed that the "LOAD" key on the keypad had been worn/scratched out. Are replacement keypads readily available? The local B&O authorized service was less than helpful in the matter, so I need to source the keypad myself and then deliver it to them for installation.

The replacement buttons should still be available as spare parts.

According to the service manual on this site the part number is 2776226. I suggest that you check this with another dealer as the part number may be out of date.

Thank you for the part number. Are there any online dealers that might have the part available, or do I have to go through "official" B&O channels? I think I might as well order the part from where it is most readily available, instead of trying to track it down here in Finland.

You have no option but to order through your B&O dealer who can order it from Struer.
