    B & O 5500 control panel

    I have a 5500 control panel that's ceased working. Is there somewhere I can send it for repair, or a current model that will work a 1987 system?

    The Beosystem 5500 can be remote controlled by all later B&O remotes; Beolink 1000, Beolink 5000, Beo4, Beolink 7000, Master control panel 6500, Beo5 and Beo6.

    I would suggest to see if it's possible to get your MCP repaired, maybe at your local B&O shop.

    Where are you situated, these Control panels are not to difficault to repair.

    Beosound 3000, BL 4000, BL 8000, BG 2404,BG 5000, BG CD50, Beocord 5000, BM 901, BM 2400, BM 4000, BV S45, BV 3702. There is nothing we cannot do, but a lot of things we don't want to do!!
