just won a beogram 1202 off of ebay...has anyone got the original user manual as opposed to the service manual which i have.  Also, when the dial is in the off position the platter is turning, its onyl when you turn it slighty before the 12 o`clock position that it stops - is this problem with the contacts or is that part of the design..sorry but i am a complete novice when it comes to record decks let alone B & O Gear. Thank you

What do you mean with the "off position"? There is no such thing on the 1202. You push the button to start the mechanism. The platter should stop when the end of the record has been reached or you press the start button while the record is playing.
