I have to confess that I have found BeoCare to be completely charming in my interactions with them. Sometimes they can seem a little slow but that is usually due to the complexity of the question.

Beocare has been very helpful to us recently with a Beosound 4 - ML installation
I have used BeoCare once, quite helpful.
