Hi

My Beo4 remote (18months old) has developed a strange fault:

The display is fine and will alternate between functions DVD,DTV etc

Volume and Menu buttons work but nothing else

I have tried new batteries with no improvement.

Grateful for any suggestions, its hurting my back bending over to the Sky box all the time
