    Beolink 7000 and BC 7000

Hi i have purchased a beolink 7000 for the use with my BC 9500 but it only seems to work one way?? I have had a look at the previous threads and deleted the sources and added again but still no joy. I cant even set the clock properly.

My question really is there a setting on the BC that uses one way or 2 way that I can change?? ( I have been using the BL1000) Or is it a problem with the 7000 that I read about in the threads??

    Any help appreciated!!

I take it you just get no contact. Possibly a fault in the transceivers - these are complex remotes and are getting less reliable with age. Ridax seems a bit of a whizz mending these!

Thanks Peter yes no contact at all even if it is in the docking station. Shame as i love the look of it with my BC9500 but now no better than the BL1000 but with lights!

My BL7000 hade the same fault not too long ago, had it to a electronic repair shop and they replaced 3-4 capacitors. It was about 60 euros if I remember correctly... The materials cost really nothing, it just a pain to open up these things.
