Sadly a quite common fault on these wonderful speakers, especially when transported.
You can glue it back on but it's practically impossible to do so without damaging the coil since it gets squeezed between the magnet and the cylindrical center piece. Aligning the magnet while the glue sets is also difficult due to the magnetic forces.
I've added glue around the magnet to fix it to the chassis on the ones I've had in for repairs/recap'ing, simply as a precaution.
I would look for a replacement woofer. Get a good used original driver, no modern woofers will match the original specs.
