    Com 6000 base issue

    I have a MK1 Com 6000 base with built in PSTN. I do not have any of the phones that were paired up with this base.

      Problem is that the base has a full PSTN (6 phones already on it). So I cannot not register a phone too it.

      Is there any other way of reseting the base unit to factory other than with a paired handset, using DOT 7008 OK?

    If you do not have access to a least one Beocom 6000 which is registered to the base, then the only action you have available is to have a B&O dealer connect a Service Jig to the base and reset it using the B&O software tool.
