Hi,
I recently purchased a second hand BV7-32 MKI and are now struggling to incorprate in to my existing link system. Any advice would be highly appreciated. My setup are as follows.
Main room: BV5 MKI used as a master
Room 2: BV 7-32 connected via ML and RF to the BV5. 7-32 is set to option 6
Room 3: BV 6-26 MKI connected via ML and RF from the BV 7-32 link out to the BV 6-26. BV 6-26 is set to option 4.
My initial problem is that if I use the remote in room 3, the tv in room 2 is also reached by the remote. Thats the reason I have set the BV 6-26 to option 4 (i.e. it should only respond to link commands. However, I have noticed that when i press link + tv in room 3, the tv in room 2 also power up. Is there anything I can do to avoid this? In fact, it seems as if the BV7-32 is the first one to start up and then I have a picture on the BV 6-26 despite the fact that I pressed link + tv. This also affects other functions of the tv:s If I want for instance wants to turn the tv to the right of left using the "stand" funtion on the Beo4, both tv:s are affected.
Surely there must be a way to avoid this? I can however not find out what I am doing wrong.
