Sorry for the long delay for answering . By reading the description of your problems, I am afraid that you will have to go through the repair process again. First, ensure that you have replaced all bad capacitors on the A/V switching board. Then inspect visually on the component side damaged traces and pads due to leaked electrolyte (lifted or corroded traces and solder pads). Then check the continuity of the signal path of all non functioning inputs (dead tuner, dead audio on some inputs,etc make a list of them before dismantling the TV) by using the schematic and a multimeter. Dead traces will have to be restored by soldering jumper wires on the soldering side of the board. This may be very time consuming but it is doable.
For the tuner, you will have to remove the tuner board and replace all the black Rubycon capacitors and to clean the board to remove the leaked electrolyte. This is a one sided board, so no need for continuity tests.
