I have a pair of S55's with blown surrounds.  They (the surrounds) were weak when I got them, and I never was impressed with the base response from them.  I have a pair of woofers from the Beovox 3702.  They are a little smaller, but seem to fit and seal nicely.

My Question concerns the ohms.  6.4 on the S55 originals and 4 ohms on the 3702's.  What are the ramifications of this?

P.S.  Martin, do you have the correct surrounds?  I have done some advents before, but the kits on ebay for B & O don't come with dust covers or shims.
