    beolab 8000 dead

Hi, one of my BL 8000 speakers just died. No lights, no power.

Is there a fuse inside that i can easily replace?  How do i open the speaker casing?

    Thanks.

    Phil

Yes there is a fuse inside it, I have seen some where the standby transformer stopped working this is maybe the problem!!

Loosen the speaker cover by pressing in on it and pull the side of it outward, do this from top to bottom in both sides. then you can pull the cover upward and of. the amp. is placed at the bottom.
