Just picked up a spare Beo4 (DVD version) on ebay & cannot find "Phono" in the list. I've always been a BL1000 fan (hence my limited experience of this remote) but for controlling my Avant I definately need a Beo4 and I'd like to also use it with my BS5500. I've a feeling the previous owner has deleted this from the list so how do I retrieve it?
TIA
Chris.

Chris,
I assume you mean that PHONO is not available when you cycle thru LIST, rather than being not available to ADD?
Try this:
1.) <press> LIST+STANDBY
2.) <press> either UP or DOWN until you see ADD?
3.) <press> GO
4.) <press> either UP or DOWN until you see PHONO
5.) <press> GO
6.) <press> EXIT
Now, confirm that PHONO is available when cycling thru LIST.

Press [LIST] and [RED DOT] in the same time.
Display reads [ADD?]
Press [GO]
Scroll with [ARROW UP]
Here someone has to confirm. I believe [N.RADIO] is the same code as [PHONO]
Press [GO]

AH! Good call/catch Daniel...
Chris, if your remote is new enough, you won't find PHONO! I believe Daniel is correct: N.RADIO

He he. You were faster, but I was correcter...
Actually, I took my Beo4 in order to find out how to add [PHONO] as it was easier than finding the instructions. After one round in the list menu I had not found [PHONO]. That's when I remembered that [PHONO] was changed.

DOH
I totally forgot about N.Radio being the "new" phono. Thanks for confirming my global embarrassment guys
In my defence though I have another DVD version which DOES have phono in the add > list options.
Chris.

It's OK, we will not tell anybody. It will be our little secret. The others are occupied with the prize draw.
