Hi guys , first post !! :)

Having lots of problems with my beosound 5 ..... can anyone help? 

The most frustrating one being interuption to the net radio play back when our beocom 6000 is in use.

As soon as the phone rings the the audio cuts out!? any ideas guys?

The problem is with your ADSL, have you installed the correct "filters" on every phone sockets?

I suspected that myself and have put filters on the sockets but im still having the interruptions. Any other things I can try?

Is your BM5 connected to your router using Wifi?

No its hardwired, sorry guys, should have mentioned that before

And does you internet connection on your computer goes down as well when the phone rings?

do you have s.th. like a crossover installed for the internet broadband connection?

In Germany it is common that you have a little box (smaller than a cigarette box) that acts as a crossover to split the telephone and broadband signal at home.
When this little box is broken you have nearly the same symptoms you described above.

The exchange of this little box is free of charge when it's damaged here in Germany

Internet conncection seems fine , which is strange..... Its bugging me big time!
