    Format 0

    Hello All

When i press Format 0 to activate my DVI-D output on my BV7 MK3 it works perfectly when when i press it again it does not always work and i have to turn the TV off and on again.

    Has anyone had this problem.

I have looked in the Cinema Timings Menu and that all seems ok?

Also can i add a external IR for when in Cinema mode as the signal gets a little blocked when my screen drops in front of the TV.

Also i have tried to turn cinema mode off with the screen out of the way?

    Re: Format 0

    Update!!!

    Hello.

I went home at lunch and format 0 is used to toggle between display and DVI-D connection.

I can get in and out of Cinema Mode with TV, DTV, On Board DVD.

When i attempt to do this with PS3 or SKYHD connected via HDMI i can get into Cinema mode but it does not come back out.

    Another Software Bug Found.

Is anyone able to test this on their BV7 MK3 and see if they get the same????

    Re: Format 0

NO problem here. I have different HDMI sources connected to my BV7-40 MKIII sw 5.02, and everything works fine with cinema mode.

    Stefan

PS:Cinema mode can be enabled after 90 seconds (default setting?) again, because the screen has to move up completely and the projector has to cool down, befor it will be activated again. You can adjust these settings in the cinema timings....

    Re: Format 0

    Hi there

    just tried it again

PS3 connected via HDMI format 0 and it goes into Cinema Mode and format 0 again and it does not come out of cinema mode

sky connected via hdmi and toggle into cinema mode works but toggle out does not.

call to B&o technical from a dealer results in a refused conversation because the dealer is not a Beoliving dealer.

    Thanks Bang & Olufsen

Everything needs to be in the correct order

PJ needs to be switched off after tv goes back to tv mode or tv will not go back
