I have some pronto codes for a Toshiba TV.  For example: 900A 006D 0000 0001 40BF 12ED

When I enter this code into the Lintronic SW's "convert pronto" box, and press "convert", I get a pop-up that says "The command was decoded as 716 NEC-A (and the Lintronic code 716064191018237001000 displays in the "Decoded" box).  So far, so good.  However, at this point, it doesn't display the CodeForm generator screen so I cannot get the timings to give to the XML file generator.  What am I doing wrong?

If you are getting the Pronto codes from www.remotecentral.com beware that some are not always correct.

Send me a full example of the Pronto code and I will check it.

I think I have figured out a solution.  If I copy the Lintronic code to the Learned and Tested box with a command name, for example INPUT=716064191018237001000, then press "Draw All", it will display the CodeForm window.  Keith, can you confirm that this results in the correct waveform/timings?

I did get the codes from www.remotecentral.com, but I found similar codes across a couple Toshiba examples.  Here are two examples, and they is the entire code.

Power:  900A 006D 0000 0001 40BF 12ED
Input:  900A 006D 0000 0001 40BF 14EB

Thanks for the tip on the remote codes not always being correct.  Even worse, I also read on that same site that many/some Toshiba TVs can be harmed by receiving the wrong code.  Ultimately, if my testing continues successfully, I will have to invest in some type of IR capture device.

When you paste a Pronto code to the "Textbox" in place of the Pronto code in the window and press the load in the Lintronic software, if the code is valid and decoded it will automatically display the timing.

The start of the Pronto codes you have listed are NOT valid.

Please inform me of the model number and product type for the Toshiba product you are trying to control ?

It is a Toshiba 37HL17 LCD Television.
