    HI Pekka

It will only work with the right software version and if i does not have that

its impossible because you cannot get new software anymore If the software is correct you can operate the stand from a beolink 1000 but the tv shall have spec

commands from the beolink 1000 when the tv is in stand by mode try to get these

commands from a b&o dealer or technician

    regards

I've never known a MX5500 not work with a motorised stand.

Unplug the TV from the mains, mount the TV on the stand and plug the flying lead into the 4 pin socket marked STAND.

Now switch on and select a channel. Press PICTURE on the BL1000 and you should have the STAND command as well as brightness, contrast, colour etc. Move the stand with the << and >> keys or one of the other arrows, I can't quite remember.

STAND should also be displayed in the SETUP menu so that you can pre set your favoured watching position.

    Regards Graham

Yes, the MX5500 can recognize the stand and will offer the "< STAND >" option in the Picture Menu.

Every MX5500 and every software version will support the 4107 stand... and any other stand, since the motor itself is always the same... just the MX8000 stand/motor is different.

And if software is necessary: even  a special "DVD" version for any revision for this tv is available, that's no problem Cool
