    Infra red eye

    Hi Gang,

More advise required! See this infra red eye? well the one i have doesn't have the beveled bit on the back which i assume is for easier mounting when the cable is to be built into the wall. Is this correct and can it be bought as a spare part? If so would anyone know the product number?

    Thanks in advance.

    Mark.

    Re: Infra red eye

    Hi Mark.

i use an ir-eye because of the ir-radiation from the flatscreen.

Yes, can be ordered as spare part.

    Part no: 8087030

It doesn't have the buttons on it (like on the image), it's just the ir-eye.

I'm not 100% sure if that is the one you are looking for.

Yes it can be ordered as a spare although I don't know the part number. It's used for building the eye into a plasterboard wall.

My dealer ordered it for me around 9 months ago. I remember being surprised at the price!

    Regards Graham

    Re: Infra red eye

If it is just the ir-eye that is needed, the above mentioned 8087030 is the one.

Price is about € 40,- if i remember correctly.

    Hi Mark

I think that what you are after is the mount bracket for the IR sensor not the sensor itself. The part number for the mount for a plasterboard wall is 3375188.

I tried to upload an image of this item but I'm afraid technology got the better of me.
