Interesting thing behind all the talks about luxury and premium brands is for many of them, their largest market (and profit earning) comes from China! Look at the amount of flagship stores they are all fighting to open in China

Just wondering what do people think about using a BV8-40 as a computer monitor. I have always been underwhelmed in the past using TV screens as computer monitor because most monitors these days have higher resolution but I'm just wondering if the resolution difference is going to be noticable between the full HD BV8-40 vs let's say an Apple

I'm just wonder how people are meant to know how to use their beo4/5/6 remote to control their STBs because it doesn't seem intuitive apart from using digits and arrows on the remote...

The glass display combined with the shiny surface of the speakers (incl BL12) will be a cleaning nightmare as undoubtably people will want to feel and touch it when they see it!

To be fair, Chinese manufacturing is considered premium quality compared to other possible developing countries where they can exploit cheap labour but the quality will not be as good. I wonder with the beovisions, even thought they are assembled in Denmark, the screens are provided by other brands and often those brands are made in China too...?

The price of $800 seems ok for the Beolit 12 but the quoted prices for the BV12 and BL12 seems incredibly cheap for B&O??!

The program is easy to use but the music transferred doesn't show the album or artist information on the Serenata.

Thank you for mentioning the power saving option. I have turned it off and now it works!
