Just want to add that you can just about break apart Beocom 2x00 handsets but it ain't easy to do in a neat fashion. Also, getting to the keypad membrane is just as difficult lol!

I would personally look for that bit of plastic before it binds against the slide transport and causes more problems. Also, try not to be sending allsorts into the solonoid in the future nothing wrong with singer oil (in measured quantities) although it could be argued whether the solonoid actually needs lubing or not! I would say this is definately
