Friedmett I tend to agree with you that the 6000 tends to be overlooked... I think it gets lost wedged between the 'audiophile' (tim jarmans words ) 4400 which Peter loves and the top of the line, flagship 8000 which John loves ... but you know it might just be the good all rounder, all things considered.. dare I say?.... Now while I have not

I can't agree more! As you'll see in the workbench forum, Martin just saved my woofers from an unusual problem he had never seen before... and I sent them to him all the way from Singapore to fix! I wouldn't hesitate in future seeking his help on any item to fix. Thank you, your advice and input is invaluable to Beoworld! Laurence.

Hi Martin, Firstly a very big thank you! Thank you for finishing the storey for me in such detail, I think your discovery here will assist many others in avoiding this pitfall! i really can't say enough how glad I am that I made the decision to send the woofers to you, I'm very sure you have saved them from any further damage. You went above

Hi there, Perhaps B&O changed the foam at the .2 update. My S80.2 have exactly the same yellow foam that yours has in them too, and I have seen other photos with the same foam (John's included) so i suspect it might be standard. For drivers perhaps Martin (member Dillion) may be able to assist you. Laurence.

If you haven't changed the caps you should do this to bring

Hi Andy, Upon reading your more recent posts, i see your still having an issue..... and I realised you didn't mention doing any set up in your earlier ones...? You cannot simply plug and play the AE .... Basically the AE should be able to join any wireless (non apple) network, but what you have to do is use Airport Utilities to do the set up. I

Hi Andy, While I can't help directly, I can share with you something, patience in all things techinical is a true virtue... My trials lasted about 5 months! Starting in December last year when I foolishly decided to 'upgrade' my router from my foolproof 'g' series (non apple) router to the newer, faster, wider coverage 'n'

Hi Martin, As usual thanks for your quick reply. Yes sad, but as you say we can sort it out. And to be frank only becomes an issue at high volumes with heavy bass... Will get you all an update once i get it sorted. Martin I have sent you a PM also. Thanks again, have a great weekend everyone. Laurence.

Hi All, After many months of not having time to get back to this problem, this evening I was listening to a track which has a very unique, clean, starting bass line, and what I could hear was a very distinct vibration during the play. Investigation showed this only occurs on the left channel. I think a definite confirmation I have an alignment issue
