Dark. Palisander, Jacaranda, or dark red-brown tones. Great photographs I might add !

Quite true, it does work better with Beoport, and the Beo 4. Using the program is one a many options with a PC. Media Player, Media Centre, etc., and there are the optional PC & Apple remotes for these programs too. A comment in Struer a few years ago mentioned the fact that the inception of this program involved some coordination with Microsoft

Hallo Medic; Any good word on your BeoSound 6 yet ?
-
Leo; Yes, it works, and it will give you the control you want with your system. We use a set of BL 4000, M-L linked to a BV 8, and a BeoSound 3200, Beoport, etc. The Beo 4 remote controls everything this way through the BeoSound 3200. Good news that your PC has at least identified the Beosound 6. Now try your BS 6 on N.MUSIC to see if you can copy tracks. You might also see if the Beoplayer allows you to delete tracks or albums. I wouldn't be too concerned about the charging anomaly. I have experienced this a few times when using the PC connecting cable, versus the mains cable

First, I would fully charge your BS 6 and then connect it to your PC. Go into My Computer and see if it can be located in My Devices and portable players. If not, then try a full reinstall of the device. If charged and recognized, try and see if you can copy new MP3 tracks into via the N. MUSIC selection.
