One problem you will have with an AV7000 is they were sold mostly in the U.S.. Therefore they operate on 110 volts, and I don't think they have a voltage selector. Another problem is that the AV7000 is made for Active speakers apart from the centre channel. Craig

Hi, and welcome to Beoworld. Do I take it from you post that your turntable is running slow. This is a common problem with older turntables. What happens is the grease in the motor dries out and form a rather effective glue. This causes the motor to run slow. What you need to do is strip the motor down clean all the parts in Isopropanol for 24 hrs then

Yes you will, or get an external RIAA. Just remember that you will not be able to control the Beogram via Datalink. Craig

Looks like this could be one long dabate. Personally I am more than happy with my B&O CRT TV's. Bv3-32 which I purchased new just over 3 years ago, and an MX5500 which we have in the Bedroom. At the moment I see no reason to buy an LCD or Plasma. Maybe in a few years time when there are more HD chanels available I might think about it. Also
