Beo6 since it now has two-way control with my BeoSound 5, works perfectly

I would love to go! Startet with B&O when I was 15 and now I`m 35, never slippet away from my first love So visiting B&O will be a dream come through.

Does anybody know if there is a separate adjustment for the plasma panel? I remember my dealer calibrated my BV-4 panel with a panasonic remote.

My dealer uppgraded the Beosystem 3 to the latest software version, it says: BV 4 plasma sw 1.05 and h8 sw 10.02a.

I've uppgraded from a BV-4 42" gnr 7 HD ready to a BV-9 full HD gnr 9 plasma. My problem is that the screen is dark grey when it should be black. The BV-4 was much closer to all black, actually my BV-6 LCD is better. The picture settings are at neutural, and setting the brightness down doesn't help. Any thoughts on this problem will be
