Beolab 7.1 for non B&O TV

    Hi,

I am thinking about how to add better speakers and also Mainroom Audio to my Linkroom non B&O LCD. I already own a Beolink Active 1636 with PC Connection to bring some sound into the Active.

Now I question myself if a Beolab 7.1 would be a good solution for me? How is this connected ? Can I connect it to the active?

    Thanks for your ideas.

    Heribert

It may work to connect the earphone output from your TV to the BL 7-1. You need a cable with an earphone  plug on one side and a powerlink plug on the other.

Speak to Steve at Sounds Heavenly - you need a switching device to turn the speaker on and the appropriate cables.  He can advise you properly. Theoretically you can connect to the Active but if you want sound from your TV it will have to be connected directly to the TV via either RCA out or Headphone Out I suspect.

    OK, I will.

How about the sound? 7.1 or better 2*BL4000?
