    Does anyone have available the current pricing for the Serene in the US?  I have heard rumours that it has come down in price?

    I am visiting our dealer tomorrow to pick up some speaker grills, I will try to remember to check when there.

    Begs the question why the pricing is so far out for the Australian market even when taking into consideration our current weak currency rate.

    I thought it was about £780 - even so that's a bit much compared to the US!?!

    What everyone has to keep in mind is, that US prices are always listed without sales tax.

     

    UK and European prices do include this, around 20 % if I am not mistaken.

    Sales tax in US ranges from 0-7.5%, depending on the state.  The average is around 5%.  But there are only 2 GSM carriers in US, and ATT has the iPhone.

    Was at Abt today. In the store, the price posted on the phone was significantly higher than on their web page, around $1275.
