    Beovision 7-32

Does anyone have an opinion on the 7-32(type 9334) as an HD TV?

Have seen one a few years old and am looking at running Freesat HD through it. I know some folk don't think you can appreciate the difference on something as small as a 32 inch TV but we have both, and trust me, i can tell the difference.

    Any feedback much appreciated.

    Regards

My BV7-32, has been updated with the HD-ready kit so i can use my DVI-I port for the HDMI cable. I use an external HD sat receiver, and even for 720p, i can tell you, the picture is suberb for HD content. My viewing distance is 2,9m so really i am more than happy with my Beovision.

Does the refresh rate of only 50 60 Hz not give an unsmooth view?

No, not at all. I am pretty sure that newer panels, will give a nicer result, but i have crystal clear picture even on BRays.

    Re: Beovision 7-32

Whilst awaiting for a Mk4 to arrive i have a few questions please.

Does the 7-32 have a connector for controlling the Sky HD box through it? My mother in laws Avant has a puc connector i think, going straight to the Sky box with its IR transmitter on the end. I think this was an addition for the Avant(STB)?

I'd like to get a Beo5 controller ,and if i can control Sky straight through the TV how easy is it to program?

    Thanks in advance(can't wait)

A Beo5 controller would be able to control your Sky box directly.

Does anyone have the codes available for this? i.e. not using the PUC.  I had a look around the site but couldn't find anything.

    Thanks
