No - the sensitivity level is not selectable but hard coded in the remote.

The plug marked with a * on the picture is a Danish standard phone plug. Today it is quite common to use a RJ11 plug but when BT1100 and BT1200 was launched the most used plug was as shown in the picture.

I don't know the exact price of the top board but it contains most of the electronic parts of the Beo5 (processor, flash and so on) and the price could be quite high. Hi, I have never heard about this sort of problems with the Beocom 3 before... Have you tried turning off the Beocom 3 for a couple of minutes? Just to verify if this is some temporary state or if it is something that keeps happening? Have you tried writing to B&O on this issue? I can't remember if the Beocom 3 US can be updated - the Beocom

My recommendation would be to start all over from scratch. Delete the current configuration (or rename it) and make a new configuration. By renaming the old one you always have the possibility to compare the new and the old one.

I may be wrong on this one, but at some point the connection from the cable and into the power supply was indeed a plug... By using a bit of strength you could turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise and pull it out of the power supply. I would estimate this plug to be approx. 8 mm in diameter. I'm not sure if the charger still is made this way, but

Well - first of all MUTE is a toggle function which means that sending out MUTE would un-mute devices that was already muted. Secondly, all telephones would be sending out the MUTE which would result in an unknown situation. Sending out VOL_DOWN is also a solution but again all your telephones would be doing it and they might interfere with each other
