  • Re: Problems with BeoPort PC2 - Mac - BeoCenter2 - BeoLab3

I've got a similar set-up to yours. Mac mini and beocenter 2 and beolab speakers. My difference is that beolabs are powerlinked into socket unit of bc2 not the beoport. Linkplayer works fine with this setup apart from inability to control volume.I did once try to connect the beolabs to the powerlink of the beoport in an attempt to rectify the volume

  • Re: LinkPlayer 2 Feedback thread

Hi Phil, Is there any chance LP2 and linkremote will allow volume control of speakers not connected to a Beoport. Mine are connected to my Beocenter 2 and would really love to be able to control the volume with LP2/Linkremote. Cheers, Keki

Things have improved somewhat in that I can control DVDs now using forward/rev etc but only if I press the CD button on my Beo 4! The DVD button doesn't seem to do anything. I don't think it's a faulty remote as I've got two

Thanks but it's not just that! The forward/rev controls don't work. Interestingly, I changed the connection to the 2nd SCART socket on the back of my TV and I can a least pause a DVD now but the rest of the controls still don't work. HELLPP!! K

  • HELP!!! - Beocenter 2 DVD Control doesn't work

Can anyone help? I've connected a non B&O TV to my beocenter 2 having not had a TV connected to it before. It's a Sony Bravia. They're connected via a SCART lead. DVD's play but most of the DVD controls don't seem to work, either on the panel of my Beocenter 2 or via my Beo 4! Can anyone help me before my wife kills me? Thanks

  • Re: Beoplayer / Beomedia1 software features

I think it's shocking that Beo5 didn't reslove this issue. I have a bit of a Heath-Robinson solution though. I store my music on a laptop connected to my beocenter 2 in one room. I have a Dell Axim PDA. I have downloaded remote control software to my laptop and PDA which allows me to visualize and control the screen of my laptop (and thus beoplayer
