Thanks! Well, that was easy. Should've looked at the manual before asking. The LX2800 still has a pretty extensive manual, which, among other things, includes a full pinout of all connectors. Which also mentions 12V on Pin 8. A 12V out, on the other hand, can actually be found on the printer connector - so I soldered up an adapter...and it works

So...every time I move I get a new Beovision. I mean, those CRTs are practically given away, so it's easier just to sell the old one and get a new one in the new place. Beats moving those monsters. This time I got a LX2800 - unfortunately without a remote. I sold on my Beolink 1000 together with the MX6000 I had before; so I have nothing to control

Well...I no longer have a working module, that's the whole problem here. Got those two broken LC1s with a bunch of other stuff about a year ago. Fixed one and eventually sold it on, since I had absolutely no use for it. [quote user="Blackrix"] There are 3 types of diode's on this board, the BAS32 (3x), a 6V2 zener and a 13V zener if

Nope. Verified my claim...there are no component numbers for the SMD-parts. Kind of in a dead end now. The defective components I know of (couldn't find any others so far) are on the lowermost board - the one with the connectors and the fuse. I wanted to test the upper boards in the other LC1, unfortunately I forgot to do so...and by now the other

Can't really check that right now, I won't be home till next weekend...but: If I remember correctly, there are no component numbers for the SMD-components?

I know this has been discussed before, but all the threads somehow end with "I can't get this damn thing open anyway!". Well, I was able to do exactly that. Had two broken LC1s, disassembled both, fixed one using parts from the other. Worked fine so far...but it's somewhat missing the real challenge. So now I want to try to revive

Just curious: What exactly is the difference between these two? The 75µ came with the Beogram, so I suppose this is the orignal. Unfortunately the stylus didn't survive shipping, so now I'm using the 15µ.

Do you still have all parts of the tonearm? If so, it's an easy fix. Been there, done that. Several times. http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/21757.aspx (ok, the "easy" part was a lie. ) But before you scrap the thing, I can fix those...

Just had a closer look - on the perimeter it reads Skandinavisk Radio & Televison Denmark (-> so the middle ought to be SRT) Type 643 F1 (?). And actually found something! http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/skandinav_643.html The stand-alone player actually used the Beogram 1000 chassis (at least it looks a lot like it). Further search led to this

http://www.ebay.de/itm/110747894425 Just curious. I might buy it anyway, I kind of like it. Now at first glance, this doesn't look like B&O at all - but then again, if you look close, it uses the speed selector from the Beogram 42. Possibly from a B&O radiogram? Anybody know about it? Martin? I particularly like that this is prepared (or
