It has never worked on the PC I am currently using (as far a syncing my configuration I created). So I should use the newest version of the tool (ver-2.20) to update from 1.20a to SW1.40a? So version 2.20 will work with SW1.20a? I will try connecting directly to the computer and see if that helps. Thanks, Diggs

Thank you Piet. I tried different USB ports and turned the beo5 off before I docked it on the charger. Still nothing... I even uninstalled the driver and re-installed. Again, the beo5 seems to be working perfectly with windows xp; shows up everytime I connect, but for some reason the configuration tool doesn't recognize it is hooked up. Does the

My Beo5 currently has sw1.20a and I am trying to upgrade it to the latest version and add my configuration. I'm having problems with the connection between the beo5 and the configuration tool. The beo5 shows up as a remote in device manager so I think it installed drivers correctly (XP Service Pack 3). When I start up the config tool it does not

Hello, I am having issues with Beo4 working with the BS3200. The old setup had the BS3200 connected to a BeoSystem 1 through masterlink and setup as a video option (1 or 2). The beo4 worked perfectly with the BS3200 this way. Just recently I replaced the BS3200 with a beocenter 2. So now the BS3200 will have speakers hooked up directly (another room

Laurence, I can't thank you enough for all of your help!!!! I think I have found my solution... 1) I have to get a mini vga to s-video adapter for the ibook to send video to the BS1 through S-Video (best quality I think I can get for video) 2) I can either directly hook up rca's for audio OR buy an airport express and hook up the Living room

I just read the guide but I am confused on a few parts: Right now my configuration is an iBook G4 with airport express wireless card transmitting to a Belkin N1 Vision Wireless Router. I have a few external hard drives that I can use if needed. Am I supposed to hook up the hard drive (Western Digital) directly to the Belkin wireless router? If so, through
